Accommodation costs per person

Rates per person based on quadruple, triple, double/twin or single occupancy. As the number of rooms in each category is limited, we will apply the rule of ‘first deposit received, first served’. Given the financial commitments made to our partner hotels, it is mandatory and non-negotiable to book your accommodation through the organisation in order to participate in Mundiavocat. If, for reasons beyond its control, CSO is unable to offer accommodation to your team, each member will be required to pay the badge fee to participate in the tournament, the amount of which will be communicated to you by CSO in due course.

These prices do include:

• 8 nights’ accommodation (May 9–17, 2026) 
• Breakfast (only for Superior and Prestige Hotel categories) 
• Welcome Party
• Mundiavocat Party 
• Closing and Awards Ceremony 
• Administrative fees 
• CSO structural and organizational costs 

These prices do not include:

• Round-trip transport from your place of residence to Benidorm/ from the airport to your hotel / from your accommodation to the stadium 
• Personal expenses (meals, drinks, etc.) 
• Tourist taxes 
• Insurance and cancellation fees 
• Repatriation assistance contract* (supplement of 5€ per person per day)

We strongly recommend that participants take out insurance (covering medical expenses and repatriation in the event of injury during the event). If you do not have your own insurance, we can offer you optional cover. Please contact us.
