Registration fee per team

– 11-a-side Football: 7500 €
– 5-a-side Football: 2500 €

These fees include :
All expenses relating to the sporting organization of the tournament: provision of football pitches, balls, refereeing (3 referees and 1 delegate for each 11-a-side match and 1 referee and 1 delegate for each 5-a-side match), water on the pitches, medical assistance on the sidelines, cups, trophies, medals.

Accommodation costs per person

Rates per person based on a double/twin room, shared by two people. As the number of accommodation units in each category is limited, we will apply the rule “1st deposit receiveḑ , 1st served”.

In order to take part in the Mundiavocat, it is compulsory and not optional to book your accommodation through the organisation, due to the financial commitments made to the partner hotels. If, for reasons beyond its control, the CSO is unable to provide accommodation for your team, each member will be required to pay the badge fee for participation in the tournament, the amount of which will be communicated to you by the CSO in due course.

These prices do include:

These prices do not include:

Return transportation from your place of residence to Dubai
Airport/hotel transfers & vice versa
Return transfers between accommodation and stadium (1)
Personal expenses (telephone, meals, drinks, laundry)
Local taxes
Cancellation insurance and baggage insurance
Repatriation assistance (supplement of 15€ per person) (2)

IMPORTANT:
(1): Return transfers between accommodation and stadium
Car hire for 4/5 passengers per vehicle is not expensive in Dubai, so you can travel as you please to the football centres, go to the beach, have dinner in a restaurant, take advantage of the rest day to go to Abu-Dhabi, for example (200 km round-trip).
(2): Repatriation assistance
If you choose not to take out this repatriation assistance contract, you must provide us with:
– either a copy of the contract that already guarantees you these services (usually provided by your credit card)
– or a liability waiver
