The following documents are also required to complete your team’s registration:
• A copy of the lawyer’s registration card (or professional qualification) for all players.
• A medical certificate issued within the last year confirming that the players are fit to play competitive football
• A colour passport-sized photograph for all players and accompanying persons
• An ID photograph for all players
